How to submit

Sealed bids must be submitted to Ehlanzeni TVET College, 29 Bell Street, Nelspruit, 1200, on or before the closing date and time. All bid documents are available below.

Mandatory requirements

Bids that do not meet these pre-qualification requirements may not advance to the evaluation stages. Full details are in the tender document.

• Every page of the tender document initialled by a delegated representative
• Completed technical specification and pricing proposal
• Bank account confirmation not older than three (3) months
• Company registration documents
• Valid SARS Tax Compliance Certificate (Tax PIN)
• Valid B-BBEE certificate from a SANAS accredited agency, or affidavit
• Certified copies of the IDs of all directors
• Proof of address (municipal bill or proof of residence)
• Completed SBD 1, SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms
• Full report of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database, not older than three (3) months
• Proof of a three (3) year Caseware licence (GRAP)
• Valid COIDA letter of good standing from the Department of Labour
• SAICA membership for the company
• Original (or certified copy of) authority of signatory

Evaluation

Bids are evaluated in stages: pre-qualification, then functionality (a minimum score of 80% is required to proceed), then price and specific goals.
