The fitness level of our students at the College sports programs cannot be underestimated. According to a report from the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), a 2006 study on female athletes found that when female students are given more opportunity to participate in athletics, their weight and body mass improve.
Female students are encouraged to participate in netabll in order to increase their fitness level.
Among other benefits, Netball benefits students by burning calories and lowering body fat, improves upper body strength, working out key arm muscles, develops the body’s cardiovascular system, with the heart and lungs able to deliver more oxygen to fuel the muscles.
Students are encouraged to participate in sports such as soccer. Staff members of the College also participate in soccer during events such as wellnes, etc.
The College provides a wellness program for weight loss and fat burning for staff members.
