Ms A. Mayosi, the newly appointed Deputy Principal: Corporate Services. Ms Mayosi is a successful senior HR person with 14 years of experience in human resources and 2 years in business development. Her proven track record of success includes leading a highly performing team of HRBPs. Ms Mayosi has extensive human resource, organisational development and diversity and inclusiveness experience in the public and private sectors. “I have worked in different environments and I understand and value diversity,” said Ms Mayosi.
Ms Mayosi also indicated that she is passionate about developing human resource policies, facilitating all human resources related workshops, overseeing human resource projects, coordinating corporate services functions, organisational strategies and planning, retaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying and mapping organisational strengths and stakeholders’ needs. “I also enjoy being a keynote speaker for graduations at institutions of higher learning and women conferences.” indicated Ms Mayosi.
Ms Mayosi is a person who is passionate about education. She is in possession of a National Diploma in Commercial practice which she obtained at Eastern Cape University, a BTech degree in Management which she obtained at the University of South Africa, a Certificate in Managing the Employment Processes at UNISA, an Advance VIP Payroll Diploma at VIP Academy and a Masters in Business Administration which she obtained at Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA).
Ms Mayosi was welcomed by College Management and staff on 02 August 2021. As she resumes her new role as Deputy Principal: Corporate Services, the College community wished her all the best and are looking forward to the positive contributions that she is bringing to the College.
